In the event that a office which is entitled to compensation is held by more than one person, and more than one of the people who hold that office attend a convention, the compensation will be split among these officers. This does not apply to District Leadership Training.
If the incoming president cannot attend a convention, the Board of Directors may select a substitute who will receive compensation.
Any person compensated by the branch is expected to attend all scheduled meetings and to report on the events, conclusions and items of note to the Branch.
Any compensation for other events or other people will be decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the funds available.
